We are hosting CrossFit Weightlifting on February 25-26, 2023
The purpose of this course is to train coaches and athletes to teach and perform the snatch and clean and jerk safely, efficiently, and effectively. This is an interactive two day course covering the fundamentals, drills, and positions needed to coach beginning to advanced athletes in the Olympic lifts. Participants will learn in a lecture and practical setting, allowing for immediate application of course material. The snatch and clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to training and are indispensable to CrossFit programming and developing a well-rounded athlete.
