Our Core Programmes
Train a variety of functional movements in our daily CrossFit classes. Led by an experienced and knowledgeable CrossFit coach. Each movement and workout will be tailored by the coach to suit your ability and level.
Attend long conditioning sessions where we aim to build your cardiovascular endurance and ability to sustain longer workouts. Movements are lower skill and suitable for all levels and abilities.
We have a variety of different classes led by a coach where they will take you through olympic lifting, powerlifting and strength movements requiring a barbell. Coaches will ensure you are lifting with correct technique to ensure you receive maximal strength gains.
