ONE Free Trial Session is open to everyone, including those with zero CrossFit experience.
Please note:
- To ensure your safety, movements will be scaled significantly and may differ from the rest of the class. You will still benefit from doing a workout and seeing how our classes are run.
- We aim to arrange free sessions outside of peak times, and on days when our class movements are more accessible to beginners. Please provide as broad a range of availability as possible to allow us to do this.
